01What office cleaning usually includes
A regular office clean covers the areas everyone uses: desks and workstations, kitchens and breakout areas, bathrooms, meeting rooms, reception and floors, plus bins and high-touch points like door handles and light switches. One-off extras, like carpet steam cleaning or a deep clean, are booked separately.
02What affects the price
Office cleaning is usually priced per clean or per month, based on the size of the office, the number of kitchens and bathrooms, how often you want it cleaned and any special areas. Hourly rates don't tell you much, because two offices of the same size can need very different work. After the free site visit, you get a written quote for your office.
03How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices choose between weekly and three times a week. Busy offices, and those with a well-used kitchen or a lot of visitors, often go daily. A small studio may only need a weekly or fortnightly clean. We'll suggest a frequency at the site visit, and you can change it later.
04After hours, keys and alarms
Most offices are cleaned early in the morning or after close, so nobody's work is interrupted. We agree how access works at the site visit, whether that's a key, a swipe card or an access code, and the alarm procedure. Keys and codes are kept secure and only used for your clean.
05The same cleaners, and work you can check
The same cleaners come each visit, so your office is learnt, not relearnt. If you'd like, we send a photo report after every clean. And if something is missed, tell us and we'll come back to fix it, free of charge.
06Equipment and products
We bring our own equipment and cleaning products, so you don't need to keep cleaning gear on site. If your office prefers specific products, we're happy to use them.
