How an agency clean is planned around the property week.
Agencies with a busy shopfront often choose two to five cleans a week, with the window glass and entry done every time. Smaller offices, or those without a street front, can go weekly. We'll suggest a frequency at the site visit.
Early starts, late finishes and Saturday inspections can leave a short window for cleaning. We agree the best times at the site visit, usually early mornings or evenings.
Agencies hold keys to other people's homes, so security matters. Everyone who cleans your office holds a current police check, key cabinets and lockboxes are never touched, and the alarm procedure is agreed at the site visit.
Property managers can refer landlords and outgoing tenants to us for end of lease cleaning, carpet steam cleaning and pressure cleaning. Each job is quoted separately, with a receipt for your records.
The size of the office, the amount of glass at the front, the number of meeting rooms, kitchens and bathrooms, and how often each area is cleaned. You get a written price per clean.
