One-off jobs like carpet, couch and end of lease cleaning show a price range on their pages. You get a clear written price before any work starts, and the quote is free.

Yes. The site visit and the quote are free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

No. Your price is based on the tasks in your written plan and how often they're done, so you know what each clean costs before we start.

For regular commercial cleaning, yes: we visit for free and walk through the space with you. For one-off jobs, we'll ask about the size and condition first.

Yes. Ask, and we'll send photo reports after each clean.

Whenever suits your business, seven days a week: early morning, during the day, in the evening, overnight or at the weekend. Regular cleans are planned around your opening hours.

Yes. Regular cleans can be booked before you open or after you close.

Keys and codes are kept secure and only used by the cleaners on your site. Tell us about any building rules at the site visit.

No, as long as we can get in. Many people leave a key with the agent or in a lockbox.

Most carpets are dry within a few hours, depending on the carpet and airflow. Our drying guide has tips to speed it up.

Hot water extraction for most carpets, after checking the fibre. Natural fibres like sisal and jute aren't steam cleaned.

Many will, but not all. We'll tell you honestly before we start which stains are likely to shift.

We move light furniture like chairs and side tables. Beds, wardrobes and other heavy pieces are cleaned around.
