Clean is easy to promise and hard to keep up. These are the things we do on every job so the standard doesn't slip after the first few weeks.
It starts with a written plan
Before we quote regular cleaning, we visit your site for free and walk through it with you. You then get a written plan that lists every area, every task and how often each one is done. It's the reference for everything that follows: our cleaners work from it, and you can check against it.

Photo reports on request
Ask, and we'll send photos after each clean, so you can see what was done without walking the site.
Missed something? We fix it free
If a task in your plan is missed, tell us and we'll come back and put it right, at no cost.

Everyone who cleans your site holds a current police check, and a Working with Children Check for childcare centres.

Some workplaces have their own hygiene rules. We build your policies into the cleaning plan, and we know the guidelines they're usually based on:

How do you check the quality of each clean?
Every clean follows your written plan, the same cleaners know your site, and you can ask for photo reports after each visit.
What happens if we're not happy?
Tell us what was missed and we'll come back and fix it, free. We'll also adjust the plan so it doesn't happen again.
Can you follow our policies and site rules?
Yes. Share them at the site visit, and we'll build them into your cleaning plan.
