What we clean on industrial sites, and how we work safely there.
For most sites, the regular clean covers the people areas: site offices, lunchrooms, toilets, showers and change rooms, entries and stairs, plus smaller warehouse floors. Large floor areas, racking and high-level dust are specialist work that needs machines and access equipment.
Industrial sites have their own risks: forklifts, loading docks, restricted zones and PPE rules. We complete your site induction, follow your safety rules and signage, and only work in the areas agreed in the plan.
Lunchrooms and amenities are busiest at shift changes and breaks. We plan cleans around your shift times and loading schedules, so facilities are ready for the next shift and we're never in the way of forklifts.
Big warehouse floors need ride-on scrubbers or sweepers to be cleaned efficiently. Tell us the size of your floor at the site visit, and we'll be upfront about what we can do and what needs a specialist.
Lunchrooms, toilets and change rooms usually need daily cleaning, because so many people use them. Site offices are often cleaned two to three times a week, and warehouse floors on a schedule that suits your operation.
Warehouse cleaning is priced on the areas included, the number of amenities, how often you need cleaning and any site requirements, like inductions or PPE. After the free site visit, you get a written plan and quote.
