Members choose a coworking space partly because it feels better than working from home or a café. A kitchen left in a mess or a phone booth that smells of lunch works against that every day.
Coworking spaces also clean differently from ordinary offices. Desks change hands daily, the kitchen is used from breakfast to after-work drinks, and meeting rooms and event areas need resetting between bookings.
We plan the clean around those patterns at the free site visit, and agree everything in writing with your community or operations manager.

How cleaning is planned for shared, busy workspaces.
Busy spaces are usually cleaned daily or several times a week, because the kitchen and bathrooms are used by more people per square metre than in a standard office. Quieter spaces with mostly private offices can go less often. The site visit is where we work out the right rhythm.
Most cleaning happens before members arrive or after they leave. Where a space opens early or closes late, we agree which areas can be cleaned while members are there, such as bathrooms and the kitchen, and which are left for the quiet hours.
Event nights and all-day workshops leave extra work behind: floors, bins, glassware and bathrooms. Post-event visits can be added to the plan and booked when your calendar fills.
Floor area, the number of kitchens, bathrooms and showers, how many phone booths and meeting rooms there are, and how often each area is done. You get a written price per clean, based on the tasks in your plan.
