Discretion comes first
Law firms, accounting practices and financial planners handle confidential information every day, much of it still on paper. A cleaner who reads, moves or throws out the wrong thing is a real risk, not just an inconvenience.
Our rule is simple: paperwork, files and anything on a desk that isn't clearly rubbish stays exactly where it is. Locked document bins are left for your shredding service, and filing cabinets and rooms you want kept closed are never opened.
Client areas get the opposite treatment. Boardrooms, reception and meeting rooms are cleaned so they look right for every appointment.

Papers on desks, files and whiteboards stay untouched. Only clearly marked rubbish and recycling go in the bin.

How a discreet clean is set up and kept consistent.
Who has access
Everyone who cleans your office holds a current police check, and the same cleaners come each visit. Keys, swipe cards and alarm codes are kept secure and only used for your clean.
Confidentiality agreements
Some firms ask contractors to sign a confidentiality agreement or follow a visitor policy. Tell us at the site visit and we'll work within it.
How often professional offices are cleaned
Most choose between two and five cleans a week, with boardrooms, reception and bathrooms done every visit. Smaller practices often go weekly. We'll suggest a frequency that matches how often clients visit.
How the price is worked out
It's based on the size of the office, the number of meeting rooms, kitchens and bathrooms, the floor types and how often you want the clean. You get a written price per clean for the tasks in your plan.
