Most cleaning packages are built for big offices. In a small one, a handful of things matter far more than the rest: the kitchen, the bathroom, the entry and the desks people actually use.
At the free site visit we walk through the space with you and write down exactly what's cleaned and how often. A small office might need one visit a week, or a lighter weekly clean with a more thorough one each month.
You deal with the owner from the first call, and the same cleaners come each visit, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Prices include GST. Your exact price depends on the size of the space, how often we clean and what's in your written plan. We confirm it after a free site visit, and new clients get their first regular clean free.
How a small office clean is planned, priced and kept consistent.
Most small offices choose weekly or fortnightly. A team that eats at their desks or sees clients every day usually goes weekly; a quiet studio can go fortnightly. We'll suggest a frequency at the site visit, and you can change it later.
The price depends on the size of the space, how many kitchens and bathrooms there are, the floor types and how often you want the clean. There's no hourly rate and no minimum number of hours: you get a written price per clean for the tasks in your plan.
In many small buildings, bathrooms, corridors and lifts are shared and cleaned by the building. We clean inside your tenancy, and if your lease makes the shared areas your job, they can go in the plan too.
Small offices are often cleaned after the last person leaves or before the first arrives. At the site visit we agree how we get in, whether that's a key, a code or a lockbox, and what to do with the alarm.
As your team grows, the plan grows with it: more desks, a second bathroom or an extra visit a week. Nothing changes without your say-so, and the price of each change is in writing first.
